A frequency-controlled servo drive paired with a high pressure transducer ensure precise pressure control.
The actual value of the operating pressure is measured in the high pressure line and passed on to the controller. Thus, a control loop is formed, which automatically adapts to the selected diameter of the cutting nozzle by the pressure specification.
The engine can accelerate to 2,700 revolutions per minute in 60 milliseconds. When the cutting head is closed, the motor stops and consumes no energy. Equipped as standard with oil / air cooler, the HYPERTRON ® high pressure water jet pump not only saves money but also protects the environment. The cooler is mounted inside the oil sump, which is not only a prerequisite for the CE marking, but also protects the environment in the event of a leak.
Serviceability is provided by the convenient control of the pump. Upcoming maintenance on the valves is indicated by temperature sensors. The safety valve and the high pressure intensifier are mounted at working height.
Two filter units hold back foreign substances in front of the high pressure intensifier and prevent damage.
Flexibility and full liter capacity are achieved at 4,000 bar and 6,000 bar by using two hydraulic pumps. At lower pressures, a second hydraulic pump is added to provide the necessary oil volume.
The 1.72 liter pulsation damper dampens pressure fluctuations to a minimum and thus ensures a good cutting pattern and low wear on the pipes and high-pressure components.
