The HYTRON ® offers 6.0 or 7.6 liters per minute at 4,000 bar. Whether with two or four abrasive cutting heads at the same time, the HYTRON ® offers infinitely variable pressure from 10 to 4,000 bar. The two beveled intensifiers produce an optimal cross-sectional image.
HYTRON ® High Pressure Water Jet Pump is a European product
Two pressure intensifiers are controlled by two axial piston pumps and aligned by the electronic control of the proportional valve to an optimal pressure curve.
The HYTRON ® High Pressure Water Jet Pump is equipped as standard with two pressure intensifiers . The strokes are electronically controlled, in combination with a large 2.49 liter pulsator to minimize the pressure fluctuations. The result is a good cross-section even at high flow rates.

The HYTRON ®, high pressure water jet pump, generates a very uniform high- pressure signal by means of two phased high-pressure translators . The high-pressure translators work offset, so that one always provides the full pressure, while the other changes the working direction.
Serviceability is provided by the working height gauge and the relief valve.
Two filter units hold back foreign substances in front of the high pressure intensifier and prevent damage.
Each intensifier is supplied with hydraulic oil via its own axial piston pump. If required and for repair purposes, every single high-pressure intensifier can be activated or deactivated. In case of service, a pressure booster can be dismantled and maintained, while the other can be operated with 50% of the total flow and at full operating pressure on.
The 1.72 liter pulsation damper dampens pressure fluctuations to a minimum and thus ensures a good cutting pattern and low wear on the pipes and high-pressure components.
